Invite Collaborators and Plan as a Team
Planning a group trip alone and coordinating over WhatsApp is how itineraries fall apart. Smooth Traveling lets you invite every travel companion into the trip workspace — they can add items, comment, track the budget, and mark off packing items alongside you, in real time, on the same plan.

Invite someone by email
Inside any trip, open the Team tab. Enter your companion's email address and click Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to join. Once they accept, they appear in the member list with full editing access to the trip.
Tip: Invitees don't need an existing account — they can create one for free when they click the link. - 2
Know your collaborator allowance
In the Team tab, click Copy invite link and share it however you like — iMessage, WhatsApp, email, wherever the group lives. Anyone who opens it and signs in (or creates a free account) joins the trip as a member.

Tip: Only the trip Owner can invite or remove members and delete the trip. Members have full editing access to everything else — itinerary, budget, packing list, and photos. - 4
Understand roles
When multiple people are viewing the trip at the same time, presence avatars appear in the top-right corner of the workspace. Any change one person makes — adding an item, checking off a packing item, uploading a photo — appears for everyone else instantly, without refreshing the page.
Tip: If a collaborator edits something while you're mid-edit, the app will alert you so you can review the latest version before saving your own changes. - 5

Remove a member or leave a trip
Owners can remove any member from the Team tab. Members can leave a trip themselves from the same tab. Removing someone revokes their access immediately — they can no longer view or edit the trip.
