By accessing or using Smooth Traveling ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered account holders.

2. Description of Service

Smooth Traveling is a personal travel planning application that allows you to organise trip itineraries, track stops and transportation, and manage travel budgets. It is a planning tool only — we are not a travel agent, booking platform, or licensed tour operator.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Travel Information Disclaimer

All travel information within the app — including prices, schedules, availability, visa requirements, and recommendations — is for personal planning and estimation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. You are solely responsible for verifying all bookings, requirements, and restrictions directly with airlines, accommodation providers, and relevant authorities before travelling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the Service are the property of Smooth Traveling or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the trip data you create.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smooth Traveling and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost bookings, travel disruptions, financial losses, or reliance on information provided within the app.

Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smooth Traveling is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
