Search and Save Travel Bookings
Smooth Traveling keeps the search step close to the plan. Open a partner search from the relevant itinerary item, finish the reservation on the partner's site, then bring the confirmation and cost back into your trip so your itinerary and budget stay useful.
- 1
Start with the right itinerary item
Add a transport item for a flight, a hotel item for a stay, an activity item for a tour, or a restaurant item for a meal. Include the city and date details so the partner search opens with useful context.
- 2
Search for flights
On a flight item, use the provider selector to choose Skyscanner, Kiwi.com, or Booking.com, then click Open search. The search opens in a new tab so your itinerary stays open while you compare options.
- 3
Find a stay or activity
Hotel items open a date-aware search on Booking.com. Activity items can open a destination search on Viator. Review the partner's current availability, prices, and terms before completing a reservation.
- 4
Find a restaurant table
On a restaurant item, choose OpenTable, TheFork.com, or Eatigo.com from the restaurant provider selector, then click Open search. The selected date, time, city, and party size are used when building the search link.
- 5
Save the confirmation in your trip
After booking, use the item's booking flow to import a confirmation email or enter the booking reference and price manually. The confirmation stays attached to the relevant itinerary item instead of getting lost in a separate inbox.
- 6
Keep the budget current
Add or confirm the paid cost on the itinerary item, then use Build from itinerary in the Budget tab when you need to create matching budget lines. Review estimated and actual spend by category as the trip takes shape.
